2. Security Deposit
A security deposit of $250–$500 (depending on vehicle class) will be held on your credit or debit card at pick-up. The hold is released within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in its original condition, subject to inspection.
3. Liability & Insurance
You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Your personal auto insurance may provide coverage; verify with your insurer before renting. Optional protection plans are available through our Wheelbase booking portal. FAJ Rentals is not liable for personal belongings left in a vehicle.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a one-day rental fee. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability.
5. Acceptable Use
Vehicles may not be used for:
- Commercial delivery or rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.)
